Malvern, PA –The Transportation Management Association of Chester County (TMACC) Board of Directors voted on two new board members: Matthew Baumann, Assistant Manager and Director of Planning and Zoning of Tredyffrin Township and Anthony A. Nichols, Jr., Vice President and City Manager of Liberty Property Trust.
Matthew Baumann has been Assistant Township Manager of Tredyffrin Township since 2011, and has over 10 years of land planning experience. At his current position, Baumann is responsible for overseeing commercial and residential building inspections, and zoning and planning decisions. He is also responsible for three community development committees including: Planning Commission, Zoning Hearing Board, and the Historical Commission.
Anthony A. Nichols, Jr. is vice president and city manager of Liberty Property Trust’s Southeastern Pennsylvania office. He has been an employee of Liberty since 2005. In his current position, Nichols is responsible for Liberty’s Philadelphia suburban portfolio consisting of eight million square feet of office and flex properties located in Horsham, King of Prussia, and Malvern.
TMACC is excited to have added these two individuals to the board. “These two individuals are great assets to help with the planning and improvement of Chester County’s transportation infrastructure,” said P. Timothy Phelps, Executive Director. “We are eager to hear the suggestions and insight both people will bring to this organization.”
TMACC’s Board of Director is comprised of 22 individuals from the public and private sectors.
