TMACC Request for Proposals for the Operation of ChescoBus

The Transportation Management Association of Chester County (TMACC) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for the Operation of Chescobus (LINK / Evening LINK / SCCOOT) Fixed-Route and Bus Service in Chester County, Pennsylvania (hereinafter referred to as “Project”) for a four (4) year period commencing on or about July 1, 2017.

A Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at 10:00 A.M.
at Penn State University, Great Valley Campus (Main Bldg., Room 104), 30 East Swedesford Road, Malvern, PA 19355. A representative of your company should be present to discuss the proposed work with representatives of TMACC.
All questions pertaining to this request for proposal must be submitted in writing prior to 1:30 PM (prevailing Eastern Time), Wednesday, February 22, 2017 to John Meisel via e-mail at email@example.com. The answers to all questions submitted will be included in the minutes of the Pre-Proposal Meeting in an addendum.
Each proposal shall be submitted in two (2) separate parts, enclosed in two (2) separate envelopes, and identified as Technical Proposal and Price Proposal.
One (1) original (clearly marked) and five (5) copies of the Technical Proposal, plus one CD in searchable “PDF” format and One (1) original (clearly marked) and five (5) copies of the Price Proposal are to be submitted to TMACC, in writing by 4:30 P.M. (Prevailing Eastern Time) on Friday, March 17, 2017.
